REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

PKM Next Level Coaching, LLC

1. Coaching Services

Due to the nature of coaching and consulting services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

2. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice.

3. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours may be forfeited at the company's discretion.

4. Missed Sessions

Missed sessions without notice may not be rescheduled or refunded.

5. Program Commitments

For multi-session packages, clients are responsible for completing sessions within the agreed timeframe.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Requests for exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subjects to additional fees.
